About this adventure
More about tasting the camino
Our mission is to get as many people on the Camino as possible! During this journey you will focus on getting to know the Camino and meet 12 like-minded people who want to make the journey both outside and inside.
Sharing your intention and your lessons from a Camino strengthens your development process. In a group setting, you are mirrored and find recognition. What is paramount here is that everyone walks his or her own Camino. Because you start in a group setting, a familiar feeling is created, a warm blanket during your journey that you can always fall back on.
This trip starts and ends in our albergue in La Espina. From here you will walk to A Fonsegrada in 5 days. From there you will be brought back to our albergue the next day and we will conclude with the group to share our experiences while enjoying a delicious pilgrim meal.
The trip will take place from Saturday 5 April to Saturday 12 April. Registration is possible until 1 March.

This is why you want to walk this route
This journey takes place in Asturias, the land of cider. When you walk here you go back in time. Here the small farms still exist and the only thing you hear are the cowbells around you. Life goes a lot slower here and you connect with the nature that is in full bloom here.
The Camino Primitivo is the oldest Camino there is. If you like peace, small villages and walking in the mountains in a gentle way, then this path is for you.
The benefits
- You start and finish in a group and you can still walk alone
- We are nearby when you need help
- You learn from each other
spend the night like a pilgrim
This journey immerses you in the pilgrim life. You will sleep together in mixed dormitories of 6 or more people. At the beginning and end of this Camino, you will be cooked for and you will occasionally cook your own meal. Keep your earplugs and sleep mask ready for this adventure!
